FIVE40 Remodeling LLC is located in Tempe, Arizona. We are licensed, bonded, and insured for both commercial and residential remodeling and repair work.
We specialize in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling with a focus on Whole Home Renovation. Our Commercial Work includes light remodeling, build outs, and tenant improvements. We can also help local Arizona homeowners with small projects like painting, flooring and Carpentry Work.

From the owner, Shannon Terembes:
I began my career in residential remodeling in 2001 immediately after graduating high school. For several years I worked in various partnerships with other contractors and businesses as a subcontractor and employee. After relative success in VA, I decided that I may have as much success in AZ and made the move in December 2007 (the worst possible time for an unknown carpenter to come to the valley looking for work). I decided to go back to school in 2008 and I earned my BA in business from ASU's WP Carey in 2013. Throughout my career I have built my reputation on accountability, integrity, and hard work. I have worked hard to ensure that all of our employees share the same respect for the responsibility that is placed on us as guests in your home or business.
Since we started in 2015 FIVE40 Remodeling has grown from a small local handyman service to a full service Residential and Commercial remodeling company. We offer general contractor services, residential and commercial consultation services, contractor assistance, and investment property turnover. My background in carpentry was developed while working from various companies in Northern VA and the Washington DC area. Upon moving to AZ in 2007 I decided that I was looking to make a career change and graduate from foreman and lead man to owner/employer. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2013 and went back east for 1 year to assist in the oversight of a joint venture between the US Parks Dept, the state of VA, and the US Army to rehabilitate Ft. Monroe in Norfolk VA. After the project was completed I returned to AZ and started working to earn my contractors license. While studying and testing we worked under the "handyman clause" in AZ performing small services under $1000.
Throughout my career, I have always done my best to give my customers the best value. I listen to their needs and provide the highest level of service, no matter what their budget is. I take great pride in choosing the highest quality of materials for each phase of construction. Our team at FIVE40 Remodeling LLC will go “the extra mile” to complete every project on time, within budget, and according to your unique specifications.
